Start with GOLD and move into VIP or H2H as your business grows. Qualification can use monthly sales or current wallet balance, depending on the level. Wallet balance remains usable for eligible orders and is not a locked fee.

VIP
Qualify with monthly sales of $50,000+ OR current wallet balance of $5,000+. Includes expanded reseller pricing and integration support.
H2H
Qualify with monthly sales of $100,000+ OR current wallet balance of $10,000+. Designed for higher-volume operations with H2H catalogue and operational benefits.
No wallet lock-in
A balance used for level eligibility remains usable wallet balance. Eligible unused remaining wallet balance can be handled under the published refund process.
